1 Effective date
May 2026 is the current policy date.
Effective date: May 2026. These terms cover the f999 App, your account, and service use in Bangladesh.
The f999 App terms and conditions set the ground rules for login, register, and daily use. If you use the app from Dhaka, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket related accounts, keep these service terms handy.
By opening the f999 App, you accept these user agreement rules.
The same rule applies after every update. A new version keeps the original agreement active unless the notice says otherwise.
For quick account access, see the f999 Login page.
2 rules decide who can use the service.
During f999 Register, you need accurate personal details. False details block access and can close the account without notice.
4 simple duties keep your account clean.
In Bangladesh, many users check account activity on mobile data. That works fine, but you still need to secure your phone and keep your OTP private.
5 actions break the user agreement.
These limits also apply to APK use. If you sideload the f999 APK, install only from the official file.
Responsibility is limited to direct app issues.
f999 is not liable for device damage, network failures, or losses from third-party misuse. Service interruptions from maintenance, carrier issues, or local outages in Dhaka are outside our control.
These terms follow Bangladesh law.
Questions about the user agreement or service terms go through the f999 contact page. For policy details, review the privacy policy before you continue.
